How do you feel about taking ibuprofen each day 600mg 3X? Would a new orthotic due the trick to help eliminate the pain? It does feel like a hot poker coming up through the bottom of the heel. I also have severe pronation of that foot, and do wear orthotics now, but it has been the same pair for 25 years. Thanks again for the information on the heel pain.
